Tri Drucker is the Founder and Principal of HERA Environmental. She brings more than 25 years of experience advising industrial organizations on environmental permitting, regulatory strategy, and compliance for complex operations.
Tri has developed permitting strategies, compliance programs, and recordkeeping systems for numerous industrial facilities and regularly represents clients in regulatory discussions involving permitting, compliance, and enforcement matters. She has advised organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to regional industrial facilities. Many of her clients have relied on her guidance for years, valuing her practical approach and ability to navigate complex regulatory challenges.
Tri holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Eric Cornwell

Eric is a Senior Principal with HERA Environmental, advising clients on environmental regulatory strategy and government relations. He brings more than 30 years of experience with the Georgia EPD, including 13 years as Manager of the Air Permitting Program.
During his tenure at EPD, Eric led a team of more than 40 engineers and played a central role in shaping Georgia’s air permitting program. He helped establish regulatory and implementation policy, contributed to the development of Georgia Air Quality Rules, conducted public hearings on major permit applications, and served as EPD’s liaison to the Georgia Department of Economic Development.
Eric is widely respected within the regulatory community and maintains strong professional relationships across environmental agencies throughout the Southeast. His deep understanding of regulatory processes and agency perspectives helps clients effectively navigate complex federal, state, and local environmental requirements.
Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Kirk Drucker
Senior Principal

Kirk is a Senior Principal with HERA Environmental, bringing more than 30 years of experience in environmental consulting and regulatory leadership. He previously served as the VOC Permitting Manager at the Georgia EPD, where he oversaw complex permitting decisions and regulatory interpretation for air quality programs.
Earlier in his career, Kirk founded and led a successful environmental consulting firm focused on air permitting and compliance. His experience on both the regulatory and consulting sides of environmental policy gives him a unique perspective on permitting strategy and how agencies evaluate complex regulatory issues.
Kirk is known for his meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving, helping clients navigate complex permitting challenges and resolve difficult regulatory issues with state and federal agencies.
Kirk holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

James is a Principal with HERA Environmental, bringing more than 30 years of experience with the Georgia EPD. During his tenure at EPD, he held several key leadership roles, including Manager of the NOx Permitting Unit and, for two decades, Manager of the VOC & Combustion Compliance Unit.
In these roles, James oversaw complex regulatory programs and provided guidance to a wide range of facilities, from some of the nation’s largest industrial operations to smaller companies navigating complex environmental requirements. His deep understanding of regulatory interpretation and compliance strategy allows him to help clients effectively address challenging permitting and compliance issues.
James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
